I think abstract models is what you are looking for.

For example:

class AbstractProductBase(models.Model):
    title = models.CharField(max_length=50)

    class Meta:
        abstract = True


class Serie(AbstractProductBase):
     # some specific fields


class Movie(AbstractProductBase):
    # some specific fields
