How to add Power BI report to a dashboard

To add a Power BI report to a dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

1. Open the Power BI service (app.powerbi.com) and navigate to the workspace where your report is located.
2. Click on the “Reports” tab to view all the reports in the workspace.
3. Select the report that you want to add to a dashboard by clicking on its name or thumbnail.
4. In the report view, click on the “Pin Live Page” button located in the top-right corner of the report canvas.
5. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose the dashboard where you want to pin the report.
6. Select the desired dashboard from the dropdown list or create a new one by clicking on the “New dashboard” button.
7. Click on the “Pin” button to add the report to the selected dashboard.
8. The report will now appear as a tile on the dashboard, displaying a live snapshot of the report’s content.
