Eclipse Change Language
To change the language in Eclipse, follow these steps:
- Open Eclipse
- Go to Window -> Preferences
- In the Preferences window, expand the General tab
- Select Appearance -> Colors and Fonts
- In the right pane, you’ll find a Language drop-down menu
- Select the desired language from the list
- Click Apply and then OK
- Restart Eclipse for the changes to take effect
For example, let’s say you want to change the language to German:
- Open Eclipse
- Go to Window -> Preferences
- In the Preferences window, expand the General tab
- Select Appearance -> Colors and Fonts
- In the right pane, you’ll find a Language drop-down menu
- Select German from the list
- Click Apply and then OK
- Restart Eclipse for the changes to take effect
After restarting Eclipse, the language of the user interface (menus, dialog boxes, etc.) will be in German.
