[Django]-Django mongodbforms exception when rendering embedded formset management_form

Django MongoDBForms is no longer maintained by its original creator, and has now diverged into a mess of forks. I made a few small fixes on the embedded document formset code on one of them. I’m not sure if they would have fixed your problem, but something that may be useful is to use one of the more recently updated forks of the project rather than the original.
