Chartjs-Chart.js wide bar with time scale

I had the same issue. By adding the missing dates into the dataset with a value of 0, I was able to get the desired display.

While I think the current behavior on bar width when you have missing days with a linear time scale is a bug, this is a workaround that wasn’t too bad for me as my data was not very sparse.
